Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview: We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst & Software Quality Assurance Associate. This dual-role position will allow you to dive deeply into understanding business processes while simultaneously ensuring our software products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.•
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications
• Create clear, comprehensive, and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases, document test results, and manage bug tracking processes.
• Support the QA team in planning and executing test plans and scripts.
• Work closely with developers to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and assist with Agile/Scrum processes.
• Conduct basic data analysis to provide insights that support business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Exposure to software testing automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).

Remuneration: 

• The candidate will be working from our Delhi office.
