India Climate and Energy Dashboard
The India Climate and Energy Dashboard (ICED), developed by Vasudha Foundation in partnership with NITI Aayog, is a dynamic open-source platform that centralises India’s energy and climate data. It provides single-window access to comprehensive datasets, integrates multiple government sources and offers near real-time insights. By combining granular details across generation, transmission, and distribution, from unit-level power plant data to state and DISCOM performance along with other energy, climate, economic and demographic indicators, ICED enables policymakers, researchers, academia, and industry leaders to track India’s clean energy transition and monitor progress on climate targets.
