MP EV-TARANG
Portal
Portal
A joint initiative of the Urban Development and Housing Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, and the Environment Planning Coordination Organisation, in collaboration with Vasudha Foundation, this is a first-of-its-kind platform supporting the Madhya Pradesh EV Policy. It integrates infrastructure requests, grievance redressal, subsidy and incentives awareness, while enabling statewide tracking of EV adoption.
Tamil Nadu Climate Action Tracker
Developed by the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Tamil Nadu, with Vasudha Foundation, this integrated tracker highlights district-level greenhouse gas inventories, sectoral decarbonisation pathways, climate trends, and vulnerability. It enables data-driven decision-making, supports decarbonisation planning, and helps track progress on the state’s net-zero and climate resilience goals.
Gujarat Climate Action Tracker
With the Department of Climate Change, Government of Gujarat, and the Gujarat Energy Development Agency, Vasudha Foundation developed this tracker to strengthen bottom-up climate and energy transition planning. It translates climate data and state-level priorities into actionable interventions at the district level. It provides insight through dedicated pages on decarbonisation pathways, climate vulnerability and actions beyond the energy sector.
Kerala GHG

Portal
A joint initiative between the Directorate of Environment and Climate Change (DoECC), Government of Kerala and Vasudha Foundation, this portal houses an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions/removals accounting for CO2, CH4 and N2O. The portal aims to actively track emissions/removals across sectors to support Kerala’s climate action and carbon-neutral pathways, in alignment with the NDCs.
India Climate & Energy Dashboard
Developed by NITI Aayog and Vasudha Foundation, ICED is a comprehensive digital platform that provides near real-time data on India’s energy sector, climate variability, and environmental metrics. It aims to drive informed decision-making and spearhead decarbonisation efforts. It provides single window access for all datasets required for climate and energy-related modelling assessments and research.
GHG Platform India
This platform is an independent civil-society initiative providing national and sub-national emission estimates across the Energy, Industry, Waste, and AFOLU sectors. Co-conceptualised by the Vasudha Foundation (serving as Secretariat) and Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, this open-access portal is collaboratively driven with CEEW, CSTEP, ICLEI South Asia, WRI, and CIMMYT to support evidence-based climate action.
Energy Transition Platform
This is a collaborative network uniting sustainable energy practitioners and CSOs in South Asia. Housed at Vasudha Foundation and supported by Heinrich Böll Stiftung, it drives regional cooperation and policy dialogue for a shared vision of a fossil-fuel-free South Asia by 2050. By tracking transition data and sharing best practices, the platform fosters policy dialogue and private sector engagement.
UP Solar Cities Portal
Supported by the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) and Vasudha Foundation, this platform offers a range of features for residents to assess the feasibility of installing grid-connected rooftop solar systems for their households. This user-friendly portal is also a convenient channel for users to apply for RTS systems. It aims to encourage the adoption of solar energy and contribute to a sustainable future for Uttar Pradesh.
